2. Products and Services

2.1. ZIX PLAYER PRO offers activation licenses that unlock the full functionality of the ZIX PLAYER PRO media player application. The base application is available for a 30‑day free trial.

2.2. We currently offer the following activation plans:

• 1 Year Activation — Full premium access for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.
• Lifetime Activation — Unlimited premium access with no expiration date.

8.2. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or compatible with all devices, operating systems, or third‑party IPTV services.

8.3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZIX PLAYER PRO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application or these Terms.
